Krugersdorp wakes up in the dark – reason still unknown
The whole of Krugersdorp has been without power since the early hours of May 15.
Residents woke up this morning, May 15, to no power, which is affecting the whole town.
Councillor Amy Steyn says the entire town is without power, where it started dipping at around 06:00 and went completely off by 07:00.
This is due to an issue on Eskom’s side, where electricians will be dispatched to the site to investigate the cause,” she stated.
She concluded there is no estimated time when power will be back on.
