MCLM communications officer Refilwe Mahlangu said this should be done by using the My Municipal Meter app, and if your readings are not submitted, they will estimate your usage.

She said you can submit your reading by downloading the app from the respective stores on your device, then register using your phone number or email address, and select Mogale City as your service provider. She says you should then enter your account number, select the meter number, take a photo of your meter, enter the readings and then submit it.

To ensure your readings are included in the current billing cycle, please submit them on the same date of every month, by the third week of the month,” she concluded.
