Mogale City warns Rangeview residents of water supply interruptions

Repairs on a major pipeline disruption are set to impact several residential areas and estates.

Mogale City Water Services warns Rangeview residents that a burst pipe on Bell Avenue could disrupt their water supply.

According to Mogale City’s head of Corporate Communications, Adrian Amod, the top portion of Rangeview (Upper Rangeview) will be temporarily shut down to allow repairs to take place. Several areas, including Featherbrooke Estate, Homes Haven, Ruimsig Country Estate, and surrounding areas, will experience water disruptions.

“A completion time is not confirmed; however, residents will be notified once repairs are finished. No water tankers will be dispatched by the municipality for the time being.”
