Three serious incidents in Mogale to end 2022 – Mapogo
Three serious crime incidents including attempted break-ins and a housebreaking was reported in Mogale City during the end of 2022 according to Mapogo's official crime report.
Thankfully, the last week of 2022 wasn’t as busy for Mapogo A Mathamaga security teams although they did have to respond to three serious incidents.

At about 07:30 on the Day of Goodwill (December 26), they responded to an attempted break-in at a premises on Mill Road in Boltonia. According to the security company’s weekly crime report the suspect entered the premises by jumping over the wall, then tried to break a window but was startled when the alarm went off. The suspect then fled.

In the second incident, a housebreaking occurred at about 04:43 on Wednesday, December 28 in Barret Road in Factoria. Once inside the premises, the suspect broke diamond mesh on a window and continued to steal an unknown number of goods.
In the last incident in Rustenburg Road, Krugersdorp West at about 20:13 on Thursday, December 29, a suspect broke a shop window with a brick and was subsequently arrested.
