Woman stabs boyfriend to death

A woman from Rietvallei has been arrested for murdering her boyfriend during a heated argument.

Captain Solomon Sibiya from the Kagiso Police said the 28-year-old woman was arrested after stabbing and killing her 32-year-old partner on Tuesday night, September 5.

He explained an argument broke out between the two and the woman then got hold of a sharp object and stabbed him in his upper body and neck.

“He was declared dead on the scene by the paramedics.”

The woman was arrested and will face a charge of murder. She is expected to appear in the Kagiso Magistrate’s Court soon.
