Expect traffic delays on Robert Broom due to roadworks
Avoid this section of Robert Broom Drive as roadworks are causing traffic delays.
Motorists are advised to avoid Robert Broom Drive towards Krugersdorp before the Amaryllis Drive intersection.
Councillor Amy Steyn confirmed the provincial roads department is on the scene to repair the foundation of the road as it is on the verge of collapse.
“It is currently causing traffic delays along Robert Broom Drive, motorists are advised to approach with caution and expect possible delays,” she stated.
Steyn concluded there is no estimate of when the repairs will be finished.
