Man found dead in CBD, needles found at scene

A man's body was discovered early this morning in the CBD of Krugersdorp, near Market and Ockerse Streets.

The body of a man was discovered early this morning, November 13, in the CBD of Krugersdorp.

Councillor Mark Trump, who was present at the scene at about 08:00, informed the Krugersdorp News that the body was found between 06:30 and 07:00.

He confirmed that the police, Public Safety officials, and paramedics responded to the situation.

According to Trump, the man was located at the corner of Market and Ockerse Street. It is suspected that his death may have been linked to a substance overdose, as several needles were reportedly found nearby.
