M5 road crash in Muldersdrift: Overtaking attempt leads to collision

Motorists are urged to drive carefully on the M5 near Walkhaven Dog Park following a crash involving a truck and a vehicle.

A horror crash involving a truck and a vehicle occurred at around noon today, 25 November, on the M5 in Muldersdrift.

According to eyewitness Eric Ngwenya, the crash happened when the driver of the vehicle attempted to overtake the truck, causing both drivers to lose control while trying to avoid a collision.

Emergency services are on the scene, with both drivers reportedly injured and receiving care. Motorists are advised to exercise caution while travelling along this stretch of road.
