It is not often that one can boast about excellent service and about people who go the extra mile for their clients. However, Tessa and Mike Ashurst from Krugersdorp have changed this. They have been tending to my car, a 1992 Mazda 323, for the past eight years. Given it’s an ‘ancient’ model, it is not always possible to find parts, but Mike has always come up with some ingenious plan to fix the car or find parts.
Being an elderly woman on my own, it has happened twice that I found myself in a situation where my car broke down on the highway. It only took a phone call to Tessa and within minutes they came to assist me, take the car to their workshop and take me home (in completely the opposite direction).
They are an honest, down-to-earth couple, taking pride in their work – and they care about their customers.
To Mike and Tessa, thank you for being there for me whenever I get stuck. Thanks to you guys, I know I will be able to drive my car for many years to come. I really appreciate your excellent service.
