KHS’ Rogan wins martial art event

Krugersdorp High School (KHS) is proud of its Grade 10 learner, Rogan Steyn who competed and excelled in the Ring Contact Fighting Arts (RCFA), High End War event in Lydenburg at the end of August.

According to KHS marketing director Lauren Jooste-Coetsee, Rogan competed in the U/17 / 80kg category and placed first at the main event.

Ring Contact Fighting Arts South Africa explained on their official website that, “RCFA is a unique martial art, designed around our unique circumstances. Our style is based on the principles of boxing, judo, wrestling, karate and ballet. We believe our techniques enable you to defend yourself in any situation.”
