MotoGP’s Binder continues to improve his World Championship Standings
Brad Binder did not finish the Grand Prix of Aragon, however, he believes things can only get better.
Krugersdorp — MotoGP’s Grand Prix of Aragon this past Sunday, June 8, saw local racer Brad Binder making a better getaway from position six, however, it did not last long.
The Red Bull KTM Factory Racing team said Brad hovered in the top five and with a close view of third position until he crashed on lap 12, where he ended up with a ‘did not finish’.
Brad said the day started well, with no tyre spin, where everything felt normal and went according to plan.

He continued, he lost the front into turn three and thought, ‘what the hell happened?’.

“I later saw the data and I had less speed, less brake and less pressure on the tire. It’s tricky because every time I gain some confidence with the front end, it tends to give up on me,” he explained.
“I need to take the positives from the weekend, and I was able to take what I needed from the bike.

“Every time I needed a quick lap, I was able to be in the mix. If we can hold the performance from this weekend going forward, then things can only get better,” he concluded.
Brad is currently 14th in the World Championship Standings and will race again at the Brembo Grand Prix of Italy on June 20–22.
