Saturday morning action at Best of the West

High-scoring netball clashes set the tone as Day 2 of the Best of the West High School Netball Festival got underway.

With the sun shining and excitement in the air, the second day of the Best of the West Festival kicked off on March 7.

The day is packed with netball and hockey action, with KHS principal Ivan Bailey inviting the community to come and enjoy the event, a highlight on the school’s sporting calendar.

This year’s festival is particularly significant as it marks the event’s 20th anniversary.

Festival director Cassandra Bergé said the festival has, for two decades, brought numerous schools together on the KHS grounds to compete in netball and hockey.
