Adoons Landboufees

6–7 SEPTEMBER — Die NG Kerk Magaliesburg bied die Adoons Landboufees aan by die Sleepy River-karavaanpark (4km verby Bekker Skole). Dit gaan ‘n heerlike naweek van landboufees wees met uitstallers van landbouprodukte en -toerusting, plaasdiere vir besigtiging, teikenskiet, verversings en allerlei ander stalletjies, ‘n swembad en kameelresies en talle ander aktiwiteite vir die gesin. NG Paardekraal Basaar

6 SEPTEMBER — Die NG Kerk Paardekraal gemeente, geleë op dir hoek van Neethling- en Nicola Smitstraat, hou basaar vanaf 2nm! Gaskunstenaars Liza en Ricus gaan optree. Dit gaan ‘n heerlike middag vol pret wees, met tonne basaar eetgoed, ‘n spookhuis vir die kinders, ‘n springkasteel en ook lekkers! Kom kuier saam tussen die braai en stalletjies. SA Book Fair

6–8 SEPTEMBER — Tickets for the South African Book Fair are now on sale at Webtickets and are priced to ensure that the country’s national book fair is accessible to South Africans from all walks of life. The Fair takes place at Constitution Hill. It is important to note that all programme sessions must be pre-booked, including with Day or Weekend Passes. This year sees the inclusion of a R20 #BUYABOOK option on all ticket purchases. In a country where six in 10 people are still living in ‘book-scarce’ households, this is an easy way for book-lovers to play a role in South African Book Fair’s overall mission to locate books and reading in the lives of as many South Africans as possible. Diamant4 Lente Boeremusiekfees

7 SEPTEMBER — Diamant4 bied ‘n Lente Boeremusiekfees aan by Diamant4 Landgoed, Muldersdrift vanaf 10vm die oggend tot middernag. Eie verversings en ‘n koelboks is welkom.
