Merrel Summer Run
10 NOVEMBER — The action-packed Merrel Summer Run takes place from 7am at the Walter Sisulu Botanical Garden, with a variety of routes. The 12km and 20km routes, which head into the open rocky grassland and include more technical running sections together with the 6km loop, are great challenges to tackle on a Sunday morning. Fiercely competed or enjoyed at a more leisurely pace, both pass by the cascading waterfall and cliffs that are home to a breeding pair of majestic Verreaux’s Eagles. Entries start at R130.
