Binder finishes in 10th in Hungarian MotoGP despite frustrating race

Krugersdorp's MotoGP star Brad Binder secured another top-10 finish at the Hungarian Grand Prix but admitted he expected much more from the weekend after struggling with pace throughout the race.

For the third time this season, MotoGP racer Brad Binder finished in the top 10, and this past weekend, he did so again at the Grand Prix of Hungary.

According to Binder, this was a strange race for him as he expected a lot more from it following his 10th place finish over the weekend of June 5 to 7.

“I was missing pace. I can do one lap okay, but the next was too deep, and I lost time. The average was not there. I was pushing too much to do something mediocre,” he said.

He added that he needs to do something soon to improve his performance, as he does not enjoy going for 10th.

I’m hoping for a much better weekend at Brno,” he concluded.

Binder is currently 13th in the Championship Standings and will race again at the Grand Prix of Czechia from June 19 to 21.
