Montsho T E & E M ST8377/2006 Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of DEED OF TRANSFER NUMBER ST18062/2013 passed by Thabo Edward Montsho, Identity number: 5108165447083, and Elizabeth Matshidiso Montsho, Identity number: 5406250316084, married in community of property to each other, in favour of Mwamba Ntoy Ilunga, born on 8 April 1950, married, which marriage is governed by laws of Congo, in respect of (a) Section No. 19 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS 2/1984 in the scheme known as SORRENTO in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at BEREA TOWNSHIP : LOCAL AUTHORITY : CITY OF JOHANNESBURG, of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan is 96 (Ninety Six) square metres in extent, and (b) An undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan HELD BY Deed of Transfer Number ST8377/2006 which has been lost or destroyed.
