Pharon Resources (Pty) Ltd Section No 25 Cloverdene Manor (ST53/2019(25) NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR A LOST DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Certificate of Registered Sectional Title Number ST53/2019(25) passed by PHARON RESOURCES PROPRIETARY LIMITED REGISTRATION NUMBER 2013/118040/07 in favour of PHARON RESOURCES PROPRIETARY LIMITED REGISTRATION NUMBER 2013/118040/07 in respect of certain A unit consisting of – (a)Section No. 25 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No.SS53/2019, in the scheme known as CLOVERDENE MANOR in respect of the land and building or buildings situate at CLOVERDENE EXTENSION 18 TOWNSHIP LOCAL AUTHORITY: CITY OF EKURHULENI METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area, according to the said Sectional Plan, is 54 (FIFTY FOUR) square metres in extent; and (b)an undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan. HELD BY CERTIFICATE OF REGISTERED SECTIONAL TITLE NUMBER ST 53/2019(25) which has been lost or destroyed. All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at South Gauteng at Johannesburg, within two weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
