SECTION NO 5 (ST53837/2010) LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer ST53837/2010 passed by the the Executor in the estate of the late Lesiba Samuel Ntike to MABAKANE THABITHA NTIKE, Identity Number 710212 0510 08 3, UNMARRIED, in respect of certain A unit consisting of – (a) Section Number 5 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS 83/1984, in the scheme known as WHISPERING PALMS in respect of the land and building or buildings situate at ERF 175 PIET POTGIETERSRUST TOWNSHIP; LOCAL AUTHORITY: MOGALAKWENA LOCAL MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area, according to the said Sectional Plan, is 108 (ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHT) Square Metres in extent; and (b) an undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan.
