WEIDEMAN S M (ST12468/2003) LOST OR DESTROYED TITLE DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937 (Act 47 of 1937), of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer ST12468/2003 in favour of SOPHIE MARIE WEIDEMAN, Identity Number 431107 0138 083, in respect of A Unit consisting of (a)Section No. 2 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS 291/1989 in the scheme known as SINOVILLE 2001 in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at SINOVILLE TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY – CITY OF TSHWANE METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan is 139 (One Hundred and Thirty Nine) square metres in extent and (b) An undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan. HELD BY Deed of Transfer Number ST 12468/2003 which has been lost or destroyed.
