PHOTOS: Locals in action at the Tuffy

The SPAR Tzaneen Tuffy 4-in-1 Marathon was a massive success on Saturday with a record number of runners enjoying the toughest road race in Limpopo. Photos: Anwen Mojela and Tintswalo Shipalana.

A total of 180 runners took on the 42.2km road race. From Tzaneen Marathon Club (TMC) Daniel Nkadimeng completed the race at 4:18:23 and Busisiwe Nyabana crossed the finish line at 5:23:53 on the clock. Hellen Marima from the SAVF Tzaneen is still running in Standerton colours and finished the marathon at 5:43:02. In the half-marathon, 250 athletes finished the race with Thomas Arnoldus de Wet from TMC finishing in 1:44:23
