The Hoedspruit police have arrested Ali Hlungwane (24) after he was found in possession of stolen items.
“The police perused the man until one day he was found with a suspected stolen cell phone, which led to the discovery of many other stolen property”, stated Sergeant Livhuwani Mulaudzi, Hoedspruit police spokesperson.
The man appeared before the Hoedspruit Periodical Court on August 31 and was remanded in police custody and will appear again on September 7.
“The young man from Tsakani has seemingly been stealing from many different farms, and some victims have already identified their stolen property”, added Mulaudzi.
