Update: Nokeri’s murderers denied bail

The two men who brutally murdered Lindiwe Nokeri outside Letsitele and threw her body into a pit appeared in court.

The two suspects Clement Baloyi (36) and his accomplice Walter Pilusa (30), appeared in the Nkowankowa Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday, December 4, in connection with the brutal murder of a 40-year-old woman at Babanana village in the Nwamitwa area.

The deceased was identified as Lindiwe Nokeri.

“The case was remanded to Saturday, December 15, without bail for further police investigations,” said Colonel Moatshe Ngoepe in a media statement.

Baloyi, who is the deceased’s husband is facing an additional charge under the illegal immigration act, according to Ngoepe.
