Duiwelskloof dancer earns spot at ADA World Finals

Christine Venter from Duiwelskloof Primary qualifies to represent South Africa at the American Dance Awards 2026 World Finals in Miami.

TZANEEN – Christine Venter, a learner at Duiwelskloof Primary, showcased her remarkable talent at the American Dance Awards (ADA) South Africa Regional Competition, held from October 3-11 in Centurion.

Her outstanding performances earned her a spot to represent Team South Africa at the ADA World Finals in Miami in 2026.

This year’s ADA South Africa event was one of the largest and most competitive ever, featuring eight full days of competition, five international adjudicators from the United States, 64 studios from across the country, and over 1 800 performances.

Christine impressed the judges and audiences alike, bringing home four pro silver medals for her performances in musical theatre solo, jazz solo, contemporary solo, and lyrical duo categories.
