Roumen Farms defends their bowls title

The defending champions, Roumen Farms, successfully defended their title in the Herald Bowls Business League on Thursday evening.

They took first place in the league scoring 53 points over the last six weeks. Second place in the league was hotly contested with the teams from BB Motors Nissan taking second place with 52 points and a 29-point aggregate. BB Motors Ford took third place, also with 52 points and a 25-point aggregate.

Instant Lawn took fourth place and Large Security took fifth place. The organisers thanked each business and bowler, the Tzaneen Bowls Club as well as the sponsors, the Herald and RE/MAX Northland Realty. The business league will return in 2024.

Emelda Tintswalo Shipalana
