Take on the 67-minute virtual run this Mandela month

Runners are invited to participate in a 67-minute virtual run on July 19 with Nkowankowa Athletic Club and Paint Pot.

“Get ready to lace up your shoes, hit your favourite running spot and enjoy the run. Good luck to everyone we look forward to seeing your submissions,” says Khataza Mongwe, one of the organisers of the virtual run. Participants can win a free entry to any of the races on the LIMA fixture list by running for 67 minutes. Entry to the virtual run is free and the location and time of the race is flexible.

Runners have to be 15 years or older to qualify for the lucky draw and can submit their entries electronically to Nkowankowa Athletic Club. “After your run, send a picture and your tracking record to us and this will enter you into the lucky draw,” says Mongwe. Emelda Tintswalo Shipalana
