UPDATE: ‘Mr Sweet Rain’ soothed souls in his live tour

The much anticipated Tiyiselani Mnisi Live Gospel Tour 1, was nothing less than spectacular.

Gospel star and founder of the event, Tiyiselani ‘Mr Sweet Rain’ Mnisi hosted his debut tour at Kgapane Community Hall recently and says the support was overwhelming.

“The show received a great turn out from people all over the region and different churches came in full support,” Mnisi told LETABA HERALD.

He attributes the success of the event to God’s faithfullness, because he did not have the capital to host an event of such magnitude, but everything came together.

“The theme of the tour was ‘Faith’ in relation to Hebrews 11 verse one, it was all through the belief I had in God.”

According to him, the inception of the project came as a dream he always had that one day he would like to have his own show.

“After the article that you guys wrote, I received many calls from churches and artists including Youth Explosion from Lephepane who also performed at the show,”

“And as a result I have been invited to many ministries to help with workshops in their worship teams, I believe that when the standard of praise and worship rises many young people will come to church in great numbers,” he said.

He also added that the main reason for the tours and worship workshops is to depopulate the enemy and populate heaven.

The Gospel star acknowledges and appreciates everyone who contributed to the success of the show in anyway possible, fans who bought tickets and all the artists including the Grace Band, Unity in Christ (who were his backing vocalists) and  Putsiso ‘Pitsigirl’ Serala, the poet.
