The 17th Marula Music Festival promises an explosion of fun

It is all systems go for the 17th annual Marula Festival.

This is according to the MEC for Limpopo Economic Development, Environment and Tourism (LEDET),
Rodgers Monama, who officially announced the Marula Festival activities. He made the announcement
during the Marula Festival Media launch held on Thursday, March 16 at Meropa Casino in Polokwane.

This year’s event will have activities that will take place from Wednesday, April 12 to Sunday, April 24.
The scheduled activities include a fun fair from April 12-23 at the Impala Park Stadium; a cultural parade at Wildevye Park and a mayor’s welcome dinner on Friday, April 14.

On Saturday, April 15, a youth dance movement event will take place at the Impala Park Stadium and a flea market will be held from Wednesday, April 19 to Saturday, April 23 at Wildevye Park.
On Friday, April 21 three events will take place including a golf day at Tzaneen Golf Club, the MEC’s dinner at Borwa Lifestyle Centre, and a comedy night at Lulekani Community Hall.

On Saturday a music festival will take place at the Impala Park Stadium and on Sunday, April 24, the Marula 2023 Sunday Soul Session, will conclude the festivities at Wildevye Park.
