New information in Ndzongana murder

The South African Police Service say they've have a strong lead in their investigation into the murder of Xolisile Ndzongana.

Middelburg Police spokesperson, Captain Khanyisile Zwane, says the lead seems positive.

Two months ago Ndzongana and his two friends were involved in a fight with a group of men on Cowen Ntuli Street.

The fight resulted in the death of Mr Ndzongana.

Police arrested three men they suspected were involved in the fight, charges against the men were dropped after video footage obtained by www.mobserver.co.za proved that the men arrived after the incident.
