Karien to IFBB World Championships
Middelburg's Karien van der Wal will be travelling to the IFBB World Championships in Spain during the month of December. The IFBB pays mostly for the athlete's flights and accommodation, but there are still a number of expenses to cover.
To raise funds to help her participate, she will be selling her online Healthy Recipe Book with more than 60 yummy recipes to help you lose weight and build muscle.
