Eastdene Combined School finishes off with 22 distinctions

The pupils of Eastdene Combined School were elated to finally collect their certificates and end their scholastic careers for good.

Buzzing around the Principal’s office, the top achieving students shed tears of joy over their prestigious results.

Principal Lalitha Walters proudly introduced four of her five top students to www.mobserver.co.za:

•The top matriculant who passed with six distinctions is Manelisi Magoro.
•Wayne Nyandoro followed with four distinctions.
•Smukelo Nkosi passed with three distinctions.
•Sphiwe Ndlala with three distinctions, as well as Mandisa Mabuza also with three distinctions.

The Eastdene Combined School is celebrating an impressive pass rate of 89.8% with a total of 22 distinctions throughout.

Principal Walters wished to commend all of her hardworking students and staff for an outstanding year and wish them all the best for their future.
