‘Intimidation and sabotage when you steal our boards’ – estate agents

As part of the marketing effort for Pam Golding Properties, Middelburg, they put a splash of eight Estate Agent boards, near the flower seller on the corner of Hoog- and John Magagula streets.

Between 11:00 on Friday, 13 November, and 8:00 on Saturday, 14 November, the boards were removed. Interesting that the metal poles were not removed, indicating that theft was not the motive as the value.

The agents said that they regard this as intimidation and sabotage of Pam Golding Properties with the intention to disrupt their legitimate business marketing efforts.

“We are not alone, with other estate agencies’ boards being targeted last weekend in a similar manner. We condemn this criminal and cowardly act in the strongest possible terms!”
