Recycler’s body still not claimed

Mortuary still in dark over recycler's identity.

The man that was hit by a vehicle outside Laerskool C.R. Swart on Wednesday morning, has still not been identified.

The man, who is believed to be recycling rubbish, was going through dustbins when a vehicle hit him.

He died on impact.

His bodied was transported to the state mortuary where it will be kept until an identification would be made.

Families that have missing loved ones are urged to visit the Middelburg Police Station or call on 013 249 1600.
