Cyclists searching for stolen bike after violent stabbing

The bicycle was stolen at the Tarries MTB course after the woman riding it was stabbed.

Yvonne Swanepoel (42) was stabbed in the chest after she and her friend, Liesl Meyer, were training on the MTB course.

They were accosted by three young suspects, guessed to be teenagers, who were poorly dressed.

The cycling community is asking for the community’s assistance in locating the stolen bicycle.
