Thanks to the assistance of the Middelburg Police and residents of Vaalbank, on March 25, a man, who was found disoriented and confused, was reunited with his family.

Concerned residents promptly contacted the police and mobilised community members.

Fortunately, one community member managed to speak with the man, who revealed he was from Secunda.
The community provided him with the taxi fare, and he returned safely to Secunda.

The Vaalbank community expressed gratitude to the police and everyone who helped ensure the man’s journey home.
