Miss and Mrs Nkangala crowned

The winners of the Miss and Mrs Nkangala International Village have been announced.

The 2024 crowning of the Miss and Mrs Nkangala International Village took place last Saturday during a high-glitz event staged by Andries du Preez Events and Productions at the Cornerstone Church and Auditorium in Middelburg.

A total of 25 beautiful finalists from across the Greater Nkangala District competed for the devoted title of new ambassador for the district.

Beauty International 2024, Lally Ann Lombard, Miss Teen MWI International, Clarinda Swanepoel and Miss Junior Teen MWI International, Lebo Mohapi.

The winners are:

Little Miss Nkangala International Village – Angelina Mndebele (Middelburg).

Junior Miss Nkangala International Village – Ofentse Monareng (Middelburg).

Miss Teen Nkangala International Village – Abbi van Vuuren (Middelburg).

Miss Nkangala International Village – Chaneli Swanepoel (Middelburg).

Mrs Nkangala International Village – Naomi Steenkamp (Middelburg).

As part of the event, all finalists had to represent their heritage or country of origin.

World/African Heritage Queen International 2024 – Amy Gwebu (South Africa – Middelburg).

Beauty International 2024 Debutante – Lally Ann Lombard (Ireland – eMalahleni).

The Face of the Cultural Heartland 2024 Public Choice – Mpilonhle Madela (South Africa – Middelburg).
