• This is the second time in a month that a person has climbed high-rise structures.

In April, a man climbed a high mast light near the main entrance of Kees Taljaard Stadium.
Several people responded to the concerning WhatsApp message, arriving at Kees Taljaard with flashlights to search for the man, but to no avail.
