Eskom Athletics Club to hold night race at SAVF Old Age Home

The SAVF Old Age Home will graciously play host to the event.

The Eskom Athletics Club Mpumalanga is set to host a night race tomorrow evening in collaboration with the SAVF Old Age Home.

Taking place at the Old Age Home on 52 Walter Sisulu Street, the event will feature a 10km race and a fun run.

The entry fees are:
• R50 for the fun run
• R80 for the 10km
• R40 for the temporary licence.

Registrations will begin from 17:00 tomorrow, with the race set for 18:30.

Medals will be handed to all finishers, with prize money of up to R400 up for grabs for the winners in the men’s and women’s 10km.

Age category winners will also receive a cash reward for their efforts.

To participate in the 10km, athletes must be 14 years or older. ID cards are necessary to claim your race earnings.
