Groblersdal: Rain to continue until Thursday

More rain and thunderstorms are predicted for the Groblersdal area until Thursday.

It is expected that rain will continue until Thursday, with a 55% chance of rain and above predicted.

Today (Monday) there will be a thick cloud cover with thundershowers expected this afternoon. There’s a 69% chance of rain with a maximum temperature of 24°C and a minimum of 17°C. Tonight, thunderstorms are expected in parts of the area; otherwise, it will be overcast.

There’s a 55% chance of rain tomorrow (Tuesday). The day will hold considerable cloudiness with a thunderstorm in parts of the area. The maximum temperature will reach 24°C and the minimum will be 17 °C. An evening shower in spots, followed by the occasional rain or drizzle are predicted throughout the evening.

The rain will continue on Wednesday, with another 55% chance of rain predicted. A thundershower in parts of the area is expected in the morning, otherwise the day will remain cloudy. The maximum temperature will be 23°C and the minimum will drop to a low 15°C. The evening will be mostly cloudy.

On Thursday morning, a shower is expected in spots; otherwise, the day will remain cloudy. A 55% chance of rain is predicted. The temperature will be a higher 28°C with the minimum dropping to 15°C. By the evening, the overcast sky will start clearing.

Friday will be mostly sunny and warmer, with the maximum temperature reaching 32°C. During the day, no rain is predicted, but that might change by the evening when the chance of rain increases to 55%. An evening thunderstorm is expected in parts of the area; otherwise, it will be mostly cloudy with temperatures dropping to 18°C.

An overcast and cloudy Saturday is expected, with the maximum temperature reaching 31°C. The chance of rain will increase during the evening to 59%, and a couple of thundershowers are expected. The minimum temperature will drop to 17°C.

A clear and sunshine-filled Sunday is predicted with a maximum temperature of 34°C. The sky will remain clear by the evening, and temperatures will drop to 18°C.

Monday will be mostly sunny and hot, with a very high maximum temperature of 35°C predicted. The evening will be partly cloudy with temperatures dropping to 19°C.
