Ivory Park police spokesperson Warrant Officer Neldah Sekgobela said, “It is alleged by the complainant that four suspects broke a burglar door of his tuckshop while he was taking a nap. The suspects entered the shop, pointed a firearm at the complainant and demanded money.”

Sekgobela added that the complainant handed over an undisclosed amount of money to the suspects. When they left, the complainant went outside and saw them all getting into a white Mazda Sting before driving away.
“On the way to Ivory Park Police Station to open a case, the complaint spotted the vehicle that was used by the suspects and quickly notified police who stopped the vehicle and arrested the two suspects. Police are looking for the other two suspects connected to the case.”
