Cocomelon joy floods Klipfontein View
Families in Klipfontein View enjoyed giant jumping castles, music, and food stalls as local organisers hosted a dedicated outdoor celebration.
On October 31, the Midrand Klipfontein View Roundabout, on Nancy Ndamase Street, exploded with colour, music, and pure childhood joy as the Midrand Shut Down Fun Day took over.
Organised by 007 Events & Entertainment, the Cocomelon Fun Day focused entirely on local children.
Many little ones from Klipfontein View stormed the venue to jump, dance, eat and celebrate their favourite Cocomelon theme.

Giant jumping castles dominated the field, music and entertainment kept the energy sky-high, and food stalls served families from morning till sunset.
Event organiser Bongiwe Mabece explained why she arranged the gathering for the children.

“I wanted to bring something special home for our own Klipfontein children. Seeing them happy, safe and playing together is everything. This is what community is about,” she said.
“Our township deserves more events like this. We shut it down today to show that when you invest in children, you invest in the future of Klipfontein View.”

Thandiwe Ciko, a happy mother, could not hide her joy.

“My kids have been talking about Cocomelon all week.
Today, they finally got to live it. Thank you to 007 Events for thinking of our Klipfontein kids, they really made our day,” she said with a big smile.

It was community spirit at its purest, with Klipfontein children laughing, playing, and owning their moment.
