Police on lookout for 2 suspects

BLUE HILLS – The Midrand Police are investigating an armed robbery that took place on Summit Road in Blue Hills.

 


A motorist was robbed on Summit Road in Midrand on 29 May.

The robbery occurred at about 3pm in Blue Hills when the complainant parked the company vehicle.

The spokesperson for the Midrand police Constable Thabiso Selowa said the victim was approached by two armed suspects. The suspects took the driver’s personal belongings, cell phone and cash before fleeing the scene.

Selowa added, “No arrests have been made as of yet but the police are investigating the issue further.”
