“The space we’ve been using for the past few years cannot accommodate us anymore. Our organisation will be embarking on the skills development programmes to teach different kinds of skills that will help people learn how to make a living.

“We want to help them learn how to make a living out of whatever skills they possess.”

She added that De Pinna would help train youngsters with broadcasting skills and mentorship. “We will soon have our own charity radio station that will speak directly to what we do as an organisation.

“As a veteran artist and seasoned broadcaster, Michael will help us transfer the broadcasting skills to young people from different disadvantaged communities that we serve.”

De Pinna said he was hoping that his contribution to the charity work done by the organisation would have a positive impact on someone’s life. “The aim of the station will be to promote the charity work done by Daily Bread. We also aim to help teach young people from these communities to discuss issues like drugs, human trafficking and many others to raise awareness.”

De Pinna concluded, “We hope to see positive results in our community through this initiative and contribution.”
