App to assist businesses

MIDRAND – The app accommodates various types services – from hairdressing to plumbing.

A local entrepreneur has come up with a solution to help entrepreneurs help more businesses and customers save time, using his mobile application called Eazipin.

Developer Neo Gwangwa, said he created the application to promote self-employment since jobs are scarce amongst the youth. He encouraged young people to use their skills to earn a living.

He said his app accommodated various types of services, from hairdressing to plumbing – including professional services provided by those with qualifications – and offer them as day-to-day services.

“With just three steps on the app, as a client, you are able to make a service request and receive bids from multiple service providers within a 50km radius from where you are,” he added.

“When you register as a service provider, you will have to subscribe to activate all features of the app. A person who registers as a client uses the app for free.”

Gwangwa explained that there was a small fee (R30 for three months to R200 a year) for service providers associated to help pay for the costs run the application.
