Each year, the agency hosts a series of pageants designed specifically to instill courage and self-assurance in local teenagers, allowing them to step into the spotlight and shine.

Recently, the agency garnered recognition at the prestigious Tembisa Awards, held late last year, where it proudly secured the runner-up position for the Best Modeling Agency of 2024.

This accolade speaks volumes about the hard work and dedication that has gone into building the agency over the years.

These awards honour those who not only excel in their fields but also make significant strides in uplifting their communities, thus highlighting the essential bond between talent and social responsibility.

Khuzwayo (25) expressed her pride and surprise at the honour, stating: “Face of Rabie Ridge is turning three this year, and to be honest, I am so proud of myself for getting second position because I never expected it. I can see now that my work is seen by many people and appreciated.”

She emphasised how such recognitions serve as motivation for her to continue striving for excellence and pushing her boundaries for the benefit of her community.

Khuzwayo recognises that every acknowledgment inspires her to work even harder, not just for herself but for the young models who look up to her and seek opportunities in the modeling industry.

In its inaugural year, the agency started with a modest base, having only six sponsors and attracting around 100 attendees to its events. However, as the agency progressed into its second and third years, it experienced remarkable growth, now boasting over ten sponsors and a significant increase in attendance.

This growth illustrates the agency’s rising influence and popularity within the community. Still, Khuzwayo is ambitious and aspires for even more opportunities for the aspiring young models in her agency this year.

“My plan for the agency this year is to attract even more models and to secure additional sponsors from abroad,” she stated. “There is a wealth of talent among the young models in our community, and I believe they should be given the opportunity to gain recognition on larger platforms. It is essential for us to continue expanding and showcasing what we have to offer on a wider scale.”
