Rain delays St Stithians U16 basketball tournament

Persistent rain over St Stithians College has delayed the start of the U16 basketball tournament, with players, coaches and supporters waiting for courts to dry.

The grey clouds are stubbornly hanging over St Stithians College this morning, and unfortunately, the rain simply refuses to let up.

Due to the ongoing wet weather, the start of the U16 basketball tournament has been postponed.

Despite this frustrating wait, one can feel the buzz among the players, coaches, and fans.

Everyone is keeping their spirits high, eager to eventually watch some of the best young local talent show what they can do.

When the weather finally decides to cooperate, the home team from St Stithians will be playing against KES on the third court in what should be a brilliant opening match.

Over on the second court, the boys from Jeppe High School will go head to head with the International School of South Africa.
