Kamo Mphela drops a hit for the festive season
WATERFALL – The new song is said to be about taking each and every opportunity as it comes or else you will be left behind.
Dancer and musician Kamo Mphela has delivered another hit for the festive season.
The Waterfall-based artist featured fellow amapiano hitmakers, Daliwonga, Tyler ICU and Sizwe Alakine in her recently released dance banger Dubai.

Many who know the young artist might be aware that she keeps her beats vibey, upbeat, and rhythmic, making them a guaranteed party starter.

This time, Mphela said she wanted to create an even bigger sound to get people’s festive season ignited the best way she knew how.
Talking about her new single which follows her other recently dropped tracks Nkulunkulu and Thula Thula, Mphela said the song is about friends that go to Dubai together, however, one of them, unfortunately, gets left behind.

“The group of friends do not notice the friend’s absence until they return from their fun-filled trip and are left reminiscing about the buzzing nights spent in the land of the A-listers.
“They, however, notice that their one friend does not have much to say about the trip and questions their whereabouts, only to find that he was not present at the time they were returning,” she added.

Mphela concluded that the message that stands out strongly in the song was that you should always be ready for anything, an opportunity or even a fun night out in Dubai – never be caught off guard or you will be left behind.
