TONGA – Two suspects found in possession of four stolen cars will appear today at the Tonga Magistrate Court for a formal bail application.

According to the Tonga police, the duo, including an older woman, were arrested after a tip-off from community members.

According to police information, one of the stolen vehicles was still brand new and had not yet been registered.

“Two of the vehicles had been earlier reportedly stolen and we were alerted by Tracker that the vehicles were around Nkomazi. We also swiftly acted on community information and found four vehicles in the woman’s yard,” said the Tonga Police.
