Play your role in assisting the destitute
This is due to the fact that some of the learners are orphans and cannot afford new uniforms and stationery at the schools.
In a bid to address the dire situation that some of learners go through, the Autotec Foundation is appealing to the public for donations including stationery for these destitute learners.
This is due to the fact that some of the learners are orphans and cannot afford new uniforms and stationery at the schools adopted by the foundation.
According to the foundation, this was realised after visiting one of the school that there is also a very big need for chairs for the learners. If you know of any people who may be willing to assist the Autotec Foundation to purchase chairs or thick gum poles and planks to make benches for the schools. This as they have received requests for chairs from three schools.
The following items can be donated for the schools:
– Used school WHITE shirts for boys and girls of all ages.
– Used Pre-school toys (dolls, plastic tables, chairs, puzzles, crafts, jungle gyms etc.) .
– Used computers screens, key boards and mouse.
-Used Black school shoes for boy and girls (all sizes).
– Used Grey (winter) school pants for boys (Primary and High School).
– Used stationery (pencil holders, crayons.).
– Used English story books.
– Used sports equipment (soccer balls, cricket bats, soccer boots, sports gear etc.) .
You are also welcome to donate new items.
