SCHOEMANSDAL – The Nkomazi region will surely be graced with the Holy Spirit this weekend and the locals are invited to come and witness it to its fullest.
Seen on one of DStv’s public channels, Prophetic Channel, on a regular basis by his fans and fellow Christians in the province, Prophet Shepherd Bushiri of Malawi, will be praying and preaching live at Schoemansdal today and tomorrow.
“The sick will be healed, prophecies will be spoken and I can guarantee to you that God himself will be showing off in that revival,” said Bishop Sipho Shongwe, one of the organisers of the conference.
The Prophet, who has sparked controversy in his home country regarding satanic worship, confirmed in an exclusive interview with Nyasa Times that he follows in Jesus’ footsteps and serves the living God.
“If I heal in the name of Jesus and preach the Bible yet I am healing people by satanic powers, surely it means Satan has been a born-again Christian, which is not true and will never be. What Jesus said about Satan is he came to steal, kill and destroy. In my case, preaching and healing people is not killing and destroying,” said the prophet.
Famous for his gift and ability to foresee things, the prophet will host the revival for only two days from 17:00 and people are encouraged not to miss out.
“We are very excited about his visit. Our province could do with the healing coming through the Prophet and I encourage people to attend. Come with all the family and extended family – it’s about time we addressed the ills faced by our society, and what better way to do it than through prayer and Jesus himself,” said the bishop.
