Sponsorship helps to give Angels wings

"What we did for the club is actually our culture because everywhere we go or operate we always plough back in the community" .

Nelspruit Angels FC will participate in this year’s Mbombela Mayoral Cup with much more confidence after they have received a massive boost in a form of a new sponsorship.
One of the province’s biggest construction companies, White Hazy Construction, has stepped in as the team’s new sponsor and has just bought soccer kits for the Angels.
Speaking to Mpumalanga News, coach of the team Joy Nkosi said, “We are very happy to have been given the soccer kits.

Everything will now go smoothly because we had only one soccer kit and that was a challenge to us because we had to share it with all the different age groups within the team as we have three divisions, the u/13s, u/15s and u/17s.
As always, the Angels will play in the upcoming Mayoral Cup and Nkosi said the new sponsorship would boost their chances as they set out to make history.
“We want to make history by defending the cup. We have won this competition for two consecutive years and we now want to make it three in a row.
“I am more than confident to say that my boys will do wonders,” he said.
Speaking on behalf of White Hazy Construction, Nombuso Siwela said, “We felt that there was a need to plough back into the community, especially in sport, because it plays a very crucial role in terms of uniting people and keeping young people busy so that they won’t indulge in substance abuse and crime.
“What we did for the club is actually our culture because everywhere we go or operate we always plough back in the community.

We have been to various communities and have been involved in many social programmes and even adopted soccer teams.”
